Shipping Policies

Many of the products we carry ship directly from the USA while others come from our European warehouse. We utilize an expedited shipping service and orders typically arrive in 2-7 business days with the "Free Shipping" option. Express shipping (1-2 business days) options are available for select items and will display at checkout. Your order is GUARANTEED to arrive or your money back!*

Free Shipping
Orders $50 and over qualify for our free shipping offer.

We understand that when you make an order, you want your order as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will take 1-2 days to process, occasionally it may take longer. We will always keep you updated on the status of your order.

Orders are typically shipped in a single box. In some cases we will split the order and ship items individually. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

The shipping rates are calculated by location and are quoted during checkout.

Express Shipping
Items that qualify for express shipping will display these options at checkout. We utilize both UPS and FedEx, depending on your location. Please note that express shipping travel times are quoted in "business days," these are limited to Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.
Daily Cutoff
Express-eligible orders received Monday-Friday before 5pm Eastern Time go out the same day. Orders that are placed after 5pm Eastern Time go out the following business day.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).

BabyKind Market does not typically take back orders, however items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.

Damaged Goods
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact BabyKind Market customer service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but BabyKind Market will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.

*We will do everything within our power to ensure your order arrives in the above-mentioned timeframe. Customer-refused orders will be subject to the standard return policy.
